About
We all face moments in life where we feel we've been wronged by someone, or we're in some kind of conflict with another person. Our tendency when this happens is to get into a headspace where we build walls around our thoughts and opinions as being "right" and the other party is "wrong". The trouble is that this mindset can become self-perpetuating and the more we try to protect ourselves and our precious egos, the more we paint the other party into a bad light and find more and more things that bother us about them. Before too long, it can seem impossible to patch things up even if we wanted to. This isn't necessarily a problem with an acquaintance we can walk away from and never see again in our lives. But what do we do with family, a co-worker or a loved one we will still be connected to in some way into the future? This short meditation is a path for you to start shifting forward toward a more harmonious resolution and maybe even a reconciliation.
